1 C. MILK
3/4 C. FLOUR
3 T. MELTED BUTTER

MORE BUTTER FOR COOKING
CONF. SUGAR

Directions:
SEPERATE EGGS AND BEAT YOLKS IN MED BOWL WITH SUGAR AND SALT. ADD MILK AND FLOUR ALTERNATELY, STIRRING GENTLY TO FORM THIN, SMOOTH BATTER.
STIR IN MELTED BUTTER.
(BATTER CAN BE COVERED AND REFRIGERATED AT THIS POINT FOR UP TO A DAY)
BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF PEAKS, GENTLY STIR THEM INTO BATTER.
mELT SOME BUTTER IN SKILLET OR GRIDDLE OVER MED-HIGH HEAT; USING T. SCOOP UP BATTER AND PUT IN PAN. COOKING TIME IS LESS THAN 5 MIN. PER PANCAKE, TURNING THEM WHEN BROWN.
SERVE IMMED. SPRINKLED WITH CONF. SUGAR
