5 eggs 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. white sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1c. whipping cream 1c. half-and-half 2-3 Tbsp. vanilla fill 3/4 can regular milk 2 Tbsp. maple flavoring (optional)
Beat eggs until very thick add brown and white sugar. Beat extensively. Fold in whip cream. Add salt vanilla, half-and-half. Fill freezer 3/4 full with regular milk. Ice cream freezer- 3 dippers of ice per 1 cup of salt.
