SOAK: 1 pkg fast-acting yeast in ½ cup warm water, until it rises (approximately ½ hr), and add to mixture below.
MIX together: 2 cups warm water ¾ cup sugar ¾ cup vegetable oil 1 egg ½ TSP salt ADD enough flour (4-6 cups)
WORK dough well (until it isn’t sticky) and knead dough 2 times. Make buns/bread on 3rd rise. FORM dough into bun shapes and place on greased cookie sheet (or bread loaves in greased loaf pans). Let rise again before baking. BAKE at 350° - 45 minutes.
