sliced bread (a heavy texture bread is better) mozzarella cheese bread crumbs plain or seasoned 1 cup flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp. milk olive oil
Put cheese between 2 slices of bread. Mix egg and milk, set aside. Dip both side of the sandwich in flour, dip in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Fry on med. heat in olive oil until golden brown. Drain and serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce or tomatoe soup for dipping.
