3 cups chicken broth
I add a chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 or 2 green onion with tops chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken broth, bouillon cube, salt and pepper to boiling. Sir onion into beaten eggs. Pour mixture slowly into broth stiring constantly with fork until eggs form shreds. Serve with crispy noodles.
