1 (12 oz.) pkg. hash browns
2 cups cubed ham or sausage, cooked
1 sm. onion
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 c. cheddar cheese
12 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt and Pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Place hash browns in bottom. Cover with meat, onions, and mushrooms. Add cheese on top. Beat eggs and milk and pour over. Sprinkle with seasonings to taste. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. or until eggs are set.
