1 lb pork sausage
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread, cubed
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage; drain. Set aside. beat eggs well; add milk, salt, mustard, bread and sausage. Stir in cheese. Pour mixture in a well greased 9x13 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting. Serves 12. Variation: May substitute bacon fried and drained, but cut down on salt, or a 3 oz. bottle Hormel real bacon pieces and cut salt.
