2 lb round steak
1/4 c flour
salt and pepper
1-2 T oil
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 med onion, sliced
7.5 oz can tomatoes, undrained and cut up
8 oz can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in serving sizes. Coat meat with flour then sprinkle salt and pepper over. In lg skillet, brown meat in hot oil. Add vegetables, tomatoes and sauce. Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Serve over rice or noodles.
