2 LBS. YELLOW POTATOES WASHED AND QUARTERED
2-3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
1/2 C. OLIVE OIL
3 T. LEMON JUICE
2 t. OREGANO
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions:
SPRAY LGE BAKING PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. PLACE POTATOES IN PAN AND POUR REMAINING COMBINED INGRED. OVER. BAKE FOR 45 MIN. OR UNTIL TENDER AND BROWN.
