1 PKG YELLOW SWEET CORNBREAD
1 TEASPN SALT
1 PKG READY MADE PIE CRUST
1/2 BOUDAN SAUAGE
1/4 LB BACON
1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
2 TEASPN PEPPER
2 CUPS SOAKED REDBEANS
2 CUPS COOKED RICE
2 TABLSPN BUTTER
2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
2 CUPS WATER
3 BAY LEAF'S

IN A LARGE POT BRING CHICKEN BROTH AND 2 CUPS WATER WITH BAY LEAF TO A BOIL, PUT RED BEANS IN UNTIL DONE.
IN A SEPERATE POT COOK RICE AS DIRECTED.
IN AN IRON SKILLET COOK BACON AND REMOVE, THEN USING THE BACON GREASE SAUTA CRAWDAD TAILS DICED, AND DICED ONIONS UNTIL ONIONS ARE CLEAR.
MIX RED BEANS WITH RICE ( TAKE OUT BAY LEAF), CUT BOUDAN INTO SMALL ROUNDS AND BROWN SLIGHTLY, CRUMBLE BACON ADD TO RED BEANS AND RICE ADD TAILS, ONIONS AND BOUDAN TO BEANS MIX SLIGHTLY.

IN A 9" PIE SHELL POUR MIXTURE, IN
ANOTHER BOWL MIX CORNBREAD AS DIRECTED AND POUR OVER REDBEAN MIXTURE.
BAKE AT 350 UNTIL CORNBREAD IS DONE, LET PIE COOL FOR 20 MINS TO THICKEN.
