1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 jar Beef Gravy
1 bag of Frozen Vegitables (carrots, green beans, corn)
4-6 lg Potatoes
1 tbl Butter
1 tbl Salt
1 tbl Pepper
1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add frozen veggies with salt and pepper. Stir in gravy. Simmer until veggies are tender. In a pot boil potatos until fork tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Pour meat mixture into a casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins until cheese is golden brown.
