2 tarros de leche
2 tarros de agua
4 huevos
palito de canela
¾ taza de azúcar
1 cucharadita de vainilla
5 - 6 chancays
un puñado de pasas

Directions:
Directions:
Se hierve la leche con agua, azúcar y palito de canela. Se deja enfriar y agregar la vainilla y los huevos batidos ligeramente.

Se rompe en trozos los chancays en un tazón y se le vierte encima el preparado anterior frío. Dejar reposar 1 ó 2 horas.

Las pasas se lavan, se secan y se pasan por harina mezclando con lo anterior.

Acaramelar un molde de tubo al centro y vaciar la preparación de los chancays. Cocinar al baño maría al horno suave de 300º F por una hora o más.

Dejar enfriar y luego refrigerarlo en su molde.
