Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Quarter or half the new potatoes and spread them over a cookie sheet. You can make as many or as little as you want. Cover the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Turn the potatoes to coat well. Place in the oven and bake at 400 for 1 hour.
