1 lb pecan halves
3/4 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and water till frothy. Stir in sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add pecans stirring until completely coated. Spread on a large baking sheet. Bake at 200 fir 45 min stirring every 15 min. Remove from baking sheet. When dry and toasty store in an air tight container
