1 stick butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup self rising flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
large tub cool whip
2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding
3 cups whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust layer: Melt butter mix with flour and 1/2 cup pecans. mash in bottom of baking dish. Cook @ 350 for 15 min. Allow to cool.
2nd Layer: cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cool whip mix and pour into crust.
3rd layer pudding mixed with milk. stir for 3 min then pour over cream cheese mixture.
Last, top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
