8 oz cream cheese softened 1/2 cup butter softened 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 T. brown sugar 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips 3/4 cups finely chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars, beat just until combined. Stir in choc. chips. Cover and refrogerate for 2 hours. Place on large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball and refrigerate 2 more hours. Just before serving roll in nuts. Serve with graham crackers
