1 box German chocolate cake mix, follow directions on box and bake as directed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16oz.) jar caramel or fudge topping (I do 8 oz. of each kind)
1 (8oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8oz.) bag of toffee bits

Directions:
Bake cake as directed in 13 x 9 pan. Cool 15 min. Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with skinny handle of wooden spoon. Drizzle milk over cake, then drizzle caramel or fudge topping over it. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Spread Cool Whip and sprinkle with toffee chips. Store in refrigerator.
