Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup 6 T. all purpose flour
1 t. cream of tarter
1/2 t. baking soda
1/8 t. salt
2 T. sugar and 2 t. cinnamon mixed together

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1 stick butter, 3/4 sup sugar, and egg. Set aside. Mix dry ingredients. Add to beaten mixture. Roll into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar. put on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 min at 350.
