2 cups green bell peppers, diced
4 cups onion, diced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (16oz) can tomato sauce
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans tomato soup
1 soup can full of water
6 T. Chili powder
2 t. ground cumin
2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
2 T. White vinegar
dash of oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet and drain. In stock pot, saute bell pepper and onion in small amount of oil until slightly soft. Add garlic and browned beef. Add tomato sauce, beans, soup, water, and seasonings. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 15 min then stir in the vinegar.
