2lb bag frozen hashbrowns
12oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 small onion minced
1 can cream of celery soup
8oz sour cream
1 1/2 sup milk
1 stick butter
1 small box Cheese Nips crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Large bowl mix frozen hashbrowns, cheese, and onion. In small bowl mix soup, sour cream, and milk. Pour small bowl into large bowl and mix well. Melt butter. Crush crackers until you have 1 1/2 cups and mix with the butter. Put potato mixture in large casserole pan and cover evenly with cracker mixture. Cover and Bake 350 1 hour then uncover and bake 15 more min.
