1 large box elbow macaroni
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1/4 onion
1 medium cucumber
3 T. light mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta to desired tenderness. In blender combine all veggies and add 2 cups water. Puree in blender. Drain pasta and leave in strainer. Then pour puree veggies over the pasta. The water will drain through and the veggie puree will remain. Put in large bowl. Add mayo, salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated.
