2 pkgs. (10oz each) frozen chopped broccoli
3 cups (12oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 chopped onions
1 1/3 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix (bisquick)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 400. Grease 10 x 1 1/2" pie plate. Rinse broccoli under running cold water to thaw, drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese and onion in plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 25 to 35mins.. Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 mins. longer until cheese melts. Let stand 5 mins.. Garnish with tomatoe slices if desired.
