4 ounces margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/4 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4-6 medium apples pared and chopped
1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add apple and nuts. Bake for 28-30 min in a 13X9 greased pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cut into squares
