6 medium potatoes 2 eggs 3/4 c. bread crumbs 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt
Cook potaotes in skins.Let cool. Than peel .Mash potaotes and add bread crumbs, salt, eggs & flour mix til stiff. Roll into small balls. Drop into boiling salted water.Turn heat down and cook (simmer) about 10 minutes . Dumplings will float to the top.They are done.
