4 lg. potatoes, baked
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup miracle whip
4 strips of bacon, cook and crumble

Directions:
Directions:
Cut already baked potatoes lengthwise. Scoop out potatoe leaving a good thick shell. Mix potatoes, cheese, miracle whip, milk, egg and seasonings. Beat until fluffy. Fill shells and top with cheese, onions and bacon bits. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
