1 (1 lb) box 10x sugar
1 T milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c peanut butter
1 (6 oz) c semi sweet chocolate morsels, melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter until light. Slowly add sugar.
Mix with hands, adding milk as needed.
Add peanut butter and vanilla
Mold in egg shape and freeze (on waxed paper) 5 minutes
Remove from freezer and coat with chocolate

In high school I would make these at Easter. When we lived in Ohio (the Buck Eye State), I made them leaving part of the peanut butter uncovered to look like buck eyes. A little bit of wax added to the chocolate makes it shiny
