1 14oz can Artichoke Hearts drained
3 10oz containers frozen Spinach (cooked and drained dry)
1/2 lb cream cheese
2 tbsp mayo
4 tbsp butter
6 tbsp milk
pepper to taste
1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put artichokes in bottom of 3 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Layer drained spianch on top of the hearts. Put cream cheese, butter, mayo into a bowl and mix until creamy. Gradually add milk until fluffy. Spread on top of spinach and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts.
