6 T. olive oil
3 T. rice vinegar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. ground black pepper
1 t. sugar
pinch of dry mustard
pinch of paprika

Mix all together in a shaker, store in a glass bottle.

You can leave out the sugar if you want it more tart. The rice vinegar is milder, so the dressing doesn't make you choke.
