T or more olive oil
few squirts of liquid smoke
couple of T herbed vinegar (white vinegar with herbs and spices added)
t of Worcestershire sauce
2 T sweet BBQ sauce
chopped garlic--very fine or mashed
pepper (avoid salt in the marinade, it sucks juices out of the meat)
