1/2 cup Hellmans' mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts, drain & chop
Juice from 1/4 lemon
1/3 grated Parmesan cheese (the kind in dairy cheeses, not the kind in the jar)
1/8 t. hot pepper sauce (optional)
Salt to taste ( I normally only add just a pinch)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, place in a small 8x8 glass baking dish & bake 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with dip chips or crackers.

Double or triple the recipe for large groups. Usually a long casserole dish will accommodate.
