6 ajíes frescos de bonito color anaranjado
˝ taza de vinagre blanco
1 taza de azúcar

Directions:
Directions:
Los ajíes cortados longitudinalmente por mitad (sin semillas ni venas). Hervirlos en agua que los cubra por tres veces (cambiándoles por agua fría cada vez). Pelarles la piel.

Licuar el azúcar con el vinagre blanco, luego agregar 5 de los ajíes y licuar todo junto.

El sexto ají cortarlo en tiritas finas de 2 ˝ cm. de largo y todo junto hacerlo tomar punto de mermelada, (no espesa pues al enfriar endurece).
