14 oz. wedge of Brie cheese
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp brandy or bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cheese to room temperature. Pierce the top of the cheese with a fork and bake at 500 degrees for five minutes.
Remove from oven and top with brown sugar, nuts and brandy or bourbon. Bake five minute longer, serve with crackersº
