1 Jar of Pineapple Preserves
1 T. prepared horseradish
1 t. coarse black pepper
1 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt preserves in a saucepan, low heat. Add horseradish & pepper. Pour over a block of cream cheese on a rimmed plate. Serve with any choice of a good cracker.
