1/4 cup banana peppers, chopped
1/4 cup jalapeņo peppers, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 T. mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and chill for a couple of hours.
Serve with Frito scoops.

This is really tasty, a little hot, but not too hot to enjoy. If you are sensitive to the heat, just keep a glass of milk handy to neutralize the acid. Of course, Don, you won't need the milk - you were trained by the best :)
