3 Blocks Baking Chocolate 2 Cups Sugar 1 Cup Water 1/8 teaspoon Cream of Tartar 1 teaspoon Vanilla
1. Melt Chocolate in Double Boiler. 2. In a separate pan, bring sugar, water and cream of tartar to a boil. Boil on medium heat for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and stir sugar mixture into melted chocolate. Add Vanilla and stir it into mixture. 4. Serve Hot Sauce over Ice Cream.
