1 c. raisins
1/2 c hot water
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. grd clove
3/4 tsp. grd cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
opt. 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Soak raisins in water - 5 minutes, Do Not Drain.

Beat eggs. Add: pumpkin, sugar & spices.
Add oil, mix well

Stir dry ingred.
Add 1/2 dry and 1/2 raisins to mixture.
Then and remaining.
Add nuts.

Fill greased tins 3/4 full.

Bake 375 for 15 minutes.

I always triple this recipe, using one large
can of Pumpkin. Great to freeze. Also, great
