2 - 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
1 - 15 oz. can each of green, wax, navy and kidney beans with liquids
8 oz. lentils rinsed
1 onion chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2t. salt
2 T.chili powder
1t. cilantro
1 envelope of instant broth
1 T. olive oil
1 pkg Frozen veggie crumbles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil till translucent.
Add all ingredients except kidney beans and crumbles.
Simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add kidney beans and crumbles
Heat till warmed through
Serve with cheese and sour cream and fresh cilantro

Best if made the day before.
