Use with a Rump Roast for best results
Combine for a dry rub-
2 T Lawrys Seasoned Salt
2 T Montereal Steak Seasoning
1/2t Pepper
2 t Accent Powder
1 t Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Rub over roast and wrap in foil then place in a casserole dish. Put roast in around 7AM and heat at 270 degrees for 1 hour. Then down to 170 degrees for 12 hours. This roast litterally falls apart.
