2 lbs. Red Potatoes cut and washed
1/4 c. Pop's salsa (or desired brand)
1/4 c. Mayo
1/4c. Sour Cream
Sliced Green Onions
Sliced Black Olives, optional
Cilantro,optional


Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes then cool. Combine all other ingredients and toss over potatoes and refrigerate.
The more the pototes soak up the sauce the better!
