21/2 c flour, divided
1/2 c powdered sugar, sifted
3/4 c butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs, beaten lightly
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Combine 2 c flour and 1/2 c sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
Spoon mix into a greased 13x9" pan. Press firmly and evenly into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Combine remaining flour and baking powder; set aside.
Combine eggs, 2 c sugar, lemon rind and juice and stir into flour mix. Pour over crust.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and dust with powdered sugar
