2 dozen jalapenos 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 6 bacon strips, fried and cut into bits 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. bread crumbs
Cut jalapenos in half and clean out. I either wear rubber gloves or I clean them in cold water. Mix rest of the ingredients together using a spoon and then your hands. Put mixture inside jalapeno halves. Bake at 350º for 20 min.
