10 large shrimp, unpeeled
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 toes of garlic, pressed
1/4 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. crushed red pepper
4 heaping t. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp in a shallow pie pan. Mix butter, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper in a jar. Shake well. Pour over the shrimp then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 45 mins. at 325.
