8 - 10 lb. pork
3 - 4 lb. rice, cooked
1 bunch of green onions
1 bunch of parsley
salt, red pepper, black pepper each to taste
sausage casings

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat (with enough water to cover) until tender. Save juice. Cook rice. Grind meat. Add onion, parsley and season to taste. Stir in cooked rice. Add juice to moisten mixture if necessary. Check seasoning. Stuff into sausage casings.
