LEEKS 2 LBS
GARLIC CLOVES 2 OZ
2 OZ OLIVE OIL
7 LBS PUMPKIN PUREE
3.5 GALS CHICKEN STOCK
2 QT HALF & HALF
1 QT HEAVY CREAM
SALT PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions:
HEAT OVEN TO 300 F PLACE ONIONS , LEEKS,GARLIC IN A SHALLOW ROASTING PAN; DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL .
BAKE AT 300 F FOR 30 MINS,TAKE OUT AND PUREE VEGETABLES.

ROAST PUMPKIN PUREE AT 300 F FOR 20 TO 25 MINS . IN A LARGE STOCK POT , COMBINE PUMPKIN PUREE, PUREE VEGGIES AND CHICKEN STOCK; BRING TO A BOIL. SIMMER 1 HOUR.

ADD 1/2 & 1/2 AND HEAVY CREAM; SIMMER 5 MIN SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
