1 16 oz can red salmon, bones and skin removed, flaked
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated horseradish
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Chill.
2. Form mixture into a log.
3. Mix nuts and parsley together and roll log in mixture. Chill.
4. Serve with crackers.

(Use waxed paper to roll log onto nuts and parsley. It can then be wrapped in same piece of waxed paper and stored in fridge until time to enjoy!)
