1 c. Great Northern beans
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
1 small onion, diced
bacon (as much as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer beans for an hour. Add soda and boil up; drain. Put more water on beans. Add cut up bacon and let boil up. Pour into bean pot with other ingredients; stir. Bake about 2 hours at 350 F.
