2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 package chocolate-mint bits
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F and let it sit at that temperature for 15 minutes. In the meantime, beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Beat in the sugar, adding it gradually. Stir in bits and pecans. Drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. Put the cookies into the oven, then turn the heat off right away. Leave the oven door closed until morning. Cookies will be done in the morning!
