6 peaches
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. butter
baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In kettle, crush 3 peaches. Add sugar, water, and corn starch. Mix and cook until clear. Add butter and set aside. Peel and slice other 3 peaches. Line pie shell with slices. Pour cooked mixture over. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and serve.
