First layer:
2 sticks of margarine
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
Second layer:
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, prepared
Third layer:
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding, prepared
Fourt layer:
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Melt margarine, add flour and pecans then press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 325 until lightly browned then cool 10 mins.
2nd layer: Mix pudding and pour over 1st layer and let set for about 30 mins.
3rd layer: Repeat step for 2nd layer.
4th layer: Mix and pour over 3rd layer. Refrigerate over night.
