6 med potatoes
1 medium onion
2 3 lb fryer chickens, cut up (or 4 chicken breasts)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried rosemary or 2 T fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425
Cut potatoes and onion into 11/2' chunks.
Place in large roasting pan with chicken (skin side up)
stir together the spices and sprinkle over chicken and vegetables.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
